The Frosty & Friends Light Display wouldn’t be possible without the amazing volunteers from Hillsboro Elks Lodge #1862. From setting up and repairing lights, packing treats for the kids, directing traffic, and welcoming visitors, to dressing in costumes and putting everything away after the holidays — their dedication and holiday spirit make this community tradition truly shine!
